Refund Policy

We want Lumo to be worth it. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and credits work for subscriptions and credit purchases on Lumo.

1. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We don't automatically prorate or refund the unused portion of a period unless stated below or required by law.

2. Subscription refunds

If you're a new customer and Lumo isn't a fit, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund that payment, provided usage has been minimal (roughly under 10% of the plan's monthly credits). Renewal charges after the first period are generally non-refundable.

3. Credits

  • Credits are consumed as you run searches, enrichment, and sends — consumed credits are non-refundable.
  • Monthly plan credits reset each period and do not roll over.
  • One-off credit top-ups are non-refundable once any part of them is used.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@uselumoai.com from the address on your account with your workspace name and the charge in question. We'll review and respond within a few business days.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

6. Exceptions

We may decline refunds for accounts that violated our Terms of Service (for example, abuse or spam), or in cases of evident fraud. Enterprise agreements are governed by their own contract terms.
