Terms of Service

Lumo helps you find prospects, enrich contact data, generate and send outbound email, and manage replies. We may update, add, or remove features over time. We don't guarantee any specific result, response rate, or number of meetings.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for any users you invite. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract.

You agree not to use Lumo to:

• Send unsolicited messages in violation of anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR/ePrivacy).
• Contact people who have opted out, or scrape, sell, or misuse personal data.
• Send deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, or unlawful content.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or overload the service, or bypass usage limits.

You are solely responsible for the content you send and for complying with the laws that apply to your outreach, including obtaining any required consent and honoring opt-out requests promptly.

Outbound email must include accurate sender information and a working way to unsubscribe. We may throttle, pause, or suspend sending that risks deliverability, triggers abuse complaints, or violates these Terms or our providers' policies.

Paid plans and credits are described on our pricing page. Credits are consumed by searches, enrichment, and sends, reset monthly, and don't roll over. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

We own the Lumo platform, software, and brand. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the service.

Lumo integrates with third parties (e.g. email providers, data enrichment vendors, and payment processors). Your use of those integrations may be subject to their terms, and we aren't responsible for their services.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that data (including emails or phone numbers) is accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using Lumo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. On termination, your right to use the service ends.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and may notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
